Shipping

Free shipping on all US orders over $30. All orders will be shipped out within 2 business days of purchase. Shipping times for US orders are 2-5 business days.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return your products to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s) for a full refund. To start a return, please contact us at support@flipgrip.co with your order number. Then we’ll email you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package so you can ship back your items free of charge. Please note, items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and checked your return to make sure it contains the correct items. If your return contains the correct items, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
